When will my order ship? (Domestic and International)
Same day, every day except Sundays; when it will ship Monday.
What are your shipping methods? (Domestic)
Also, we have chosen UPS as the one shipping source as the low rate: high delivery speed across the U.S. Ground (3-5 days anywhere in the U.S.), 2 day shipping, and overnight. But UPS alone to keep it simple for everyone.
Will there be a delay if I place an order during the week of a holiday?
No, all orders go out same day (eBooks are instantaneous for download).

What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards and Paypal, too.
What should I do if my credit card is declined?
Your order will not be processed. You can simply close out, and reorder with another payment form.
General Ordering Information
What is a not available / back-ordered item? How can I check the status of my order?
Physical orders – like t-shirts – will be shipped same day from NYC, right from our office to make sure everything goes out quickly.
Your order will be processed and shipped on the same day. However, you should also receive an email the same day with tracking number should you have ordered a t-shirt.
What happens if an item in my order turns out to be unavailable or the listing is incorrect?
Your will not be charged, or your money will be refunded the same day.
We ship out the t-shirts every day from the Brooklyn office, via UPS. When an order is placed, if its eBook only, you can download it immediately. As everything is sent out same say (except Sunday), credit card orders are processed at the time of placing an order.
Why do I have to pick a separate format of eBook?
Since these books are so graphic and illustration heavy, there was no way to reduce down their size below 100MB without negatively impacting the quality of the eBook itself. So, if we packed all versions of eBook in one zip folder, you’d end up having to download a 300MB file! We found adding the labor on our side of breaking out order by eBook type to be more convenient for customers – especially for those who want to buy and read on a mobile device.
What ages are the books recommended for?
While we’ve “kept it real” and not watered down the character’s real life events (so there can be some violence if it was historically active), we’ve held off on the explicit sex. Not a lot of profanity, unless, of course, the character is a pirate, and well, they will speak as pirates speak. With this in mind, the books are appropriate for ‘tweens, teens, young adults, and adults.
